Dear Henry:
I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what an outstanding job Brian Barnhart did by helping me short –sale an investment property in Lehigh Acres, FL. I have dealt with many realtors in my lifetime from buying personal residences to purchasing investment properties, and without a doubt, I have never worked with someone as thorough, dedicated, and helpful as Brian Barnhart. From the time I met Brian, he returned calls promptly and navigated through the bureaucracy of Bank of America. In addition, he helped us find an attorney to avoid foreclosure. Over two and a half years and several proposed buyers, Brian made my wife and me feel like we were his most important customers. At anytime he could have given up and just let us go to foreclosure. “Give up” was not in his vocabulary. Brian’s attention to detail and networking enabled us to finally close a sale in July and avoid us having to go through the foreclosure process. What was even more impressive is that he was able to negotiate with the bank and had them agree to waive a potential deficiency judgment in the future!
In the future, I would recommend Brian Barnhart to anyone of my friends or business colleagues looking for a realtor in Southwest Florida. I appreciate the amount of service that Brian gave my family and me over the last two years and would definitely come to Brian with any future real estate needs. Brian Barnhart is definitely an impact player in the Southwest Florida real estate market, and I would work with him or refer any friends or family to him, as well.
